1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dochi AI (the "Service"), operated by DochiAi, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. Plans, Credits & Fair Use

Free users may send up to 30 messages per day using free AI models. Premium models draw from a monthly credit allowance included with the Plus and Pro plans; credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Subscriptions are billed through FastSpring. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations and refunds.

3. User Content & Moderation

You may create AI characters and AI coworkers and converse with them. To keep Dochi AI safe-for-work and compliant with app-store policies, you agree to the following strictly enforced rules:

• Prohibited content: no sexual or explicit content, nothing sexual involving minors, no hate speech, harassment, illegal activity, or promotion of self-harm.
• Automated filtering: we apply backend moderation that blocks prohibited content.
• Reporting & blocking: use the in-chat report tool to flag content; you can block characters you don't want to see.
• Termination: we may suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly violate these rules or attempt to bypass safety filters.

4. Limitation of Liability

AI models generate fictional text and may be inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
