Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dochi AI (the "Service"), operated by DochiAi, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Some features, such as the 18+ mode, are only for adults. The User Agreement sets out the full rules.

2. Plans, Credits & Fair Use

Fair usage

To keep the Service stable and manage AI costs, the Free plan is limited; paid plans include monthly credits.

Dochi AI offers a Free plan and the paid Plus, Pro and Ultra plans. The limits of each plan — such as free messages per day, monthly credits, voice minutes, pictures and group chats — are shown in the app on the Usage and Upgrade screens, and may change over time. Paid AI models use credits; the price of a message depends on the AI model and on how much of the conversation it reads, and the app shows the price or its range before you send. Monthly plan credits reset each cycle and do not roll over. Subscriptions and credit packs are purchased in the Dochi AI Android app and billed through Google Play, which is the merchant of record. 3. User Content & Moderation

You may create AI characters and AI coworkers and converse with them. To keep Dochi AI safe and compliant with app-store policies, you agree to the following strictly enforced rules:

Prohibited content: no explicit sexual content for anyone, nothing sexual involving minors, no hate speech, harassment, illegal activity, or promotion of self-harm. Content for everyone must be safe for all ages; adults who switch on the 18+ mode may also see romance and desire written gently, never in explicit detail.
Automated filtering: we apply backend moderation that blocks prohibited content.
Reporting & blocking: use the in-chat report tool to flag content; you can block characters you don't want to see.
Termination: we may suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly violate these rules or attempt to bypass safety filters.

4. Limitation of Liability

AI models generate fictional text and may be inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
