Why are some words highlighted in red in the Studio?

Those words are not allowed on Dochi AI, and they are marked as you type so you can fix them before you publish. Publishing is refused while any are left: you get a results page listing every part that needs changing, with Edit this part to jump straight there. An AI character for adults is checked against the same words and a few more. The same red highlights also appear when you describe who you are in a story. Ordinary words are never marked — if you think one is, email admin@dochiai.com.
