What are the buttons at the end of each paragraph?

When you use any chat style other than Classic, each paragraph of a reply ends with two small buttons. One creates an illustration of the scene in that paragraph, and the illustration appears right under the paragraph. The other reads that paragraph aloud. An illustration costs the same as any other chat picture and counts toward the same daily limit. Open a picture to save it to your phone or share it.
