Can I move the buttons in a chat?

Yes. In a chat, open the menu, choose Appearance and then Screen layout. There are six layouts. The first is the one every chat starts with. The others put the AI model and the call button at the top right, open all your tools from one button, keep your tools in a column on the right, hide the top bar while you read earlier messages, or show your tools as named buttons under the top bar. Every layout works with every style, and when you save, the buttons move to their new places.
