What happens to my credits when my plan changes?

Your plan credits are replaced by the new plan’s allowance, and anything you bought stays. Plan credits are the ones that arrive free each week and month, or with a subscription — those reset to the new amount when you upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Credit packs you paid for, and rewards you earned, sit in a separate balance that a plan change never touches.
