Why was my image or video refused?

There are two reasons an upload is turned away. Size is one: a still image must be under 5 MB and a background video under 10 MB. The other is screening — every picture and every piece of character text is checked automatically before it goes live. The message tells you which of the two happened, and for text you get a results page naming every part that needs changing.
